请大家帮我看看，这种情况正常吗

我下月中旬去Aachen,最近在网上租了一间zimmer, 3人WG中的一间，235欧，不含网络。

令我心里不踏实的事是这样的，发广告出租房子的人叫christoph,我和他联系，表示想要后，他说具体情况找christian，（我理解是，christoph是要搬走的那个，christian是他的flatmate）,这都没什么。

关键是我说想尽快定下来，问怎么签合同，交定金。（我人在国内），christian 和 christoph 都表示说，不用现在就签，等我人到德国，先住进房子再签合同，及交房租。尽管对方很友好，而且很确定房子租给我了，但是没有合同，也不交定金，我心里很不踏实，怕被晃了。这是我第一次在德国租房，想请问大家，这样正常吗。

这是christian给我的邮件的部分内容，关于里面有几个词我不太明白：shared contract,valid contract。

Don't worry about any formal things; this is a shared flat (with a shared contract), that means there is already a valid contract for the whole flat including your room. So you can just move in directly. Afterwards you will pay the downpayment and we will give the flat owner a copy of your passport for the files. No need to hurry :-)

我在回信中，把我的护照，签证页，大学录取通知书，以及我在国内的身份证都扫描发给他了。

还是请大家看看，有什么问题吗？下来我该怎么做？
