求助：柏林自由大学语言要求

我想申请柏林自由大学公派项目，但看不懂官方语言要求中，法学专业究竟可以用雅思成绩申请吗？哪位帮我分析下，谢谢~~~~~
                The language of instruction will be German or English, depending on the discipline and the subject of the thesis. Excellent language skills are required in the language of instruction.
Business Administration, Economics, Education, Psychology, History, Cultural Studies, Law, Philosophy, Political Science, Social Sciences:
        In these disciplines the language of instruction is foremost German. In some cases English is possible, depending on the thesis subject and on the approval of the thesis supervisor.
        In case that German is the language of instruction, applicants need to submit a TestDaF test score with at least 4 in all four sub-tests or a “DSH-2” certificate already with their application.
        In cases where English is acceptable as language of instruction, applicants have to submit an IELTS certificate with an overall rating of 6.0 or higher (no module below 5).

不是说的很清楚吗，一般是德语，也有例外，但要老板同意。

顺便说一句，法学99%都要求德语，专业特点决定的。
