申请表怎么这么麻烦啊。。。求助

1。 大家空格处都填了吗？ Curriculum Vitae 部分的 higher education...further education...other activities up to the date of application.。。附上简历不就行了吗？看assist上说明，好像不填完整就会被拒？也填不下啊。。。
2。 都要block capitals 全部大写吗？
3。刚才看到论坛上说的!!!  The application is complete only if the form "chioce degree course
