谢谢猫哥的回复!为了弄清楚,我问了我将去的研究所的管理人员,得到的回复却是明确的“不需要”:
No, you do not have to buy a health insurance yourself and actually should not do this.
As you will get a contract (and as your monthly salary will be below 3675 Euro) you are obliged to enter the national health system. Only employees who earn more than this have the choice and can get a private health insurance. The net amount (about 1040) which was mentioned in your invitation is the amount which is left after subtracting income tax and the contributions to the social system (i.e. payments for health, long-range nursing care, pensions and unemployment). The contributions to the social system are shared by the employer and the employee (about 50/50%). The insurance will commence on the day your contract starts, and this will be the day of your arrival in Bonn. Filling the forms will be one of the first things you have to do after arrival.
Since the national health system is obligatory for you (and this is also mentioned in the confirmation for the visa application) no further proof should be necessary for the visa application.
那我现在就比较迷惑了;到底是需要还是不需要呢?如果真的不需要的话,我还能通过猫哥你们委托递签吗? |
