猫哥，求助是否可以用这信去签证啊？

猫哥：

小妹刚受到hfwu的来信，如下。他建议我收到信就办理签证，但是没有录取通知书，aps 接受签证申请吗？还有这个学校算不算录取我啦，如果不是，干嘛让我收到信就去办理签证啊？抓狂中，请求帮助。

另，我人在上海。可以快递给aps 申请签证吗？如果签出来了，他们给我邮寄过来还是要我自己去拿呀？

拿封信申请签证，难了点吧，起码应该有通知书的

另外，有APS的，可以在北京审核部递交签证，不能直接邮寄，需要找人送过去，签出的话，直接在上海领事馆取
