求助：陪读签证转签

老婆签“家庭团聚签证”已经同我一起来到德国
但现在的签证似乎不能打工或者学习？
我的打算是给她报名一个语言学校，然后转为学生签证？不知道这个是否可行？
还请大家给点建议，多谢啦！;);)

2，不能读学位，签证类型不同，大学不允许注册，未来也不会发放学历，旁听倒是没问题，读语言班无所谓

The visa we got is only for 3 months, is it possible to change the Visa type when we apply for the 3-years visa using a "Zulassug" from a language school?:confused:

以陪读的身份延签可以，但是如果想以在德国读书，读语言的身份延签是不可以的
居留目的变更，需要回国重新签证

That means, if my wife only wants to take some language courses, it'll not be affected by the visa type, a "Family Reunion Visa" is enough.

But, if she wants to join a university, she must go back to China, pass the APS test and apply for a new visa...?

Maybe, a friend I met during my visa interview in shanghai, is in the same situation with me. He told me that if my wife went to another country in Europe, then she came back to Germany, maybe she could change the visa type. I'm not sure about this, and unfortunately, I lost touch with him...

So, Dear Cat, do you think it works in this way or not?

1，是的，学语言是为了陪同你一起在德国生活得更好，比如买菜，总要和售货员简单交流吧。。。
读语言班，学习德语，没有任何问题
2，陪读签证读大学是不可以的，因为不可能允许注册入学和发放学历，当然大学外办注册的时候查得不严，也可能偷着入学，读书，而且很有可能最后还给发放学历证明，但是理论上这是不可以的，一旦发现将被遣返，以后再也不可以去德国了
3，不可能，她以什么身份去其他国家？总要有个事由吧，短期的没有任何意义，长期的，相关一点的是读书，那么需要申请德国之外欧盟国家的大学，然后需要到该国驻德国使馆办理留学签证，之后去德国读书，办理在该国的留学为目的的居留许可，然后在申请德国大学，然后再从德国驻该国使馆办理德国签证，然后到德国换成以留学为目的的居留许可，你不觉得这样很折腾吗？还不如回国办呢
