德国海德堡大学发来确认信函，其中一段话"We would like to point out that the visa for study purposes is issued only when the certificate of the Akademische Prufstelle (ATS) (academic checkpoint) has been requested in advance. Information about ATS can be inquired at the German Embassy in China"

6月30号就要面签了，突然来了这么一封信，发信询问也没有反应了，着急啊！
有人办过这个吗？
