请教一个大问题！！！

那边的学校给我发来需要寄送的材料，以下就是我需要寄的。
Recognition Procedure at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences

Following documents must be submitted to Registration's Office (Dekanat):
( ) Identity card / passport
( ) Certificate of birth
( ) Curriculum vitae
( ) Certificate of school education
( ) Certificate of university degree
( ) Contents of the study (specialty, marks obtained during the study years:
single note, points estimation etc.)
( ) Master degree diploma
( ) Abstract of Master degree’s work
( ) Recommendation letter from the supervisor of the dissertation
     A form must be downloaded and filled in:

( ) For graduation procedure ”study in chemistry and start Ph.D,. in e.g. medicine”
    a full-time professor of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences has to
    agree to supervise the Ph.D. student.

我想问“Certificate of school education”是指大学以前的教育证明吗？这个往哪办呢？还要公证？
此外，它上面还说:
Submit all documents as an original and copy (the copies will be then attested in the Dekanat) or
already as an attested copy. All documents have to be submitted in ”original mother language“ as
well as translated in English language and certified by a governmental translator. The dissertation
should be written in English and this requires for an exception permission in accordance with
§ 43 of the graduation’s regulation.
我想问原件也要寄吗? 还有它的意思是不是说上面的材料都需要去公证处公证啊!

没见过直接要原件的，都是公证件。你最好多和他们mail沟通一下。这个看起来像是群发的。
