我在填在线申请时看到：
An APS Certificate ist required in order to be enrolled at RWTH Aachen. You can anyway applicate your form now and hand the APS Certificate by the enrollment the latest. Without APS Certificate, it is not possible to begin a study.

请问是不是说我可以在录取后再交APS？
