Official documentation on the national grading system and its relation to the ECTS grading system, if applicable. Also include statistics on the grade distribution for your institute/department/faculty in recent years; where such data is not produced by your educational institution, submit a statement to that effect by the responsible administration.

ECTS是啥？？
我觉得是说评分方式吧，成绩等级的划分方法与ECTS的对比，和近些年你所在学院等的成绩等级的分配情况（每个分数段的人数或者就是Ranking吧）。
应该就是想知道你的学校的绩点算法，或者你在系里的ranking………………
