对了，城市是Bremen
This apartment is under the roof (second floor) and is
~45 meter square. It has a sleeping room, a dining
room, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The
rent is 300 Euro + 100 Euro electricity and gas. The
landlord speaks English and he stays nearby IUB as
well.
The landlord has furnished the house. You will find
the following in the house from the landlord:
The living room: 1 set of chairs, 1 small table and 1
cupboard
The dining room: 1 table, 2 chairs and 1 cupboard
The kitchen: 1 small table
The sleeping room: 1 big cupboard
He have bought the following when he move in. He can
now offer this whole package with 350 Euro. This
package include:
Carpet (full apartment)
Refrigerator + Freezer combi
Color TV
Digital receiver and antenna
DVD player
Radio + CD player combi
Kitchen ware (cooking pots, plates, cups, cutting and
cooking utensils)
Mattress + pillow + blanket
Water cooker
