【求助】What should I do????

I want to log online anywhere I go.
now I have notebook,but no telephone at home
and I plan to stay in DL one year.

I could not sigh contract , so I could not use wireless card offered by vodafone
I donot have telephone, so i could not log online at home.

is there any prepaid card i can use in notebook, in this way I could log online???

schade, 真的很schade, vodafone那种卡好贵,你真的舍得花那么多钱去和你的retter谈情么?
而且那也不是prepaid card,没办法控制费用,schade,真的好schade.
