大家帮我看看，这封邮件是什么性质？

Dear ×××,

after evaluating your application material we would like to offer you a
study place. We reserve the right that your application material will
be
eventually double checked by the International Office of our
University.
Up to the day that you will achieve an official admission letter by
post
from them there is no official admission given! For that reason you
should wait till then with any further steps e.g. Visa procedure,
flights, room/dormitory etc.
As there is a lot of writing involved, we like to quicken the procedure
and ask you upfront to send us an email till the 20th of April to let
us
know if you would like to accept the study place, after it had been
finally given.

如果我回答说想去的话，是不是非去不可呢？我现在还在等其它学校的消息，如果有更好的ad也许我就不去这个学校了。如果我现在和他们说想去的话，对我今后学校的选择是否会有约束呢？

楼主什么专业的？我也申请kiel大学了，不过要6月份才有消息，而且要学位证书。。。
楼主现在有没有学位证书？

我上周问的，说要到5月份才有消息，但今天又来了一封信让我4月20日之前答复。。。
