【求助】How can I apply for German University in Europe?

Dear friends,
   I will graduate in Italy next month. I would like to apply for a Master in German University. However, I wonder whether I should go back to China to apply? I have German girl friend, she would like me to stay with her in Hanover, meanwhile, teach my language.
I think I can learn it fast. Because my visa is to the next year, I can stay in Europe. Is that possbile to apply for German University in Germany?

Anyone, who can give me some suggestions?

as long as application is concerned, i do not really think your italien degree has to be certified by the APS. but i would suggest to consult by the aaa in the aimed uni, although you cannot count on them sometimes. simply explain your case in more details than you did above. you didnt give out e.g the title of the degree.
