请大家看看教授给我的回信，啥意思啊

在发出CV后收到的教授的回信。啥意思啊，就是要我了吗？为什么没有其他要求和手续阿，诸如要推荐信、成绩单之类的？在申请奖学金过程中那些方面需要教授的指导和帮助呢？还有，在奖学金申请成功后是不是教授就发offer 给我呢？请高人指点阿。多谢多谢

based on that i indeed believe that you could well fit in my research group, and i would like to encourage you to apply for a ph.d. scholarship.
attached i send you a brief description of a suited program via a german foundation focussed on environmental issues. i believe if you could outline a research project with the aim to .....we would fit into their focus area. of course, i will provide you the required support for such apllication.

这应该已经算是offer了。奖学金是用来解决你在德国生活费问题的。

是这样啊。谢谢。奖学金的要求我看了，是教授选的，我条件到好像合适，但是DAAD的，我觉得没那么容易申请到。（还要用德语申请，我的德语烂阿。现在在准备1T，考完试要恶补德语了啊）是不是一个关卡呢？他之前也有说过，需要博士生担当TA的，而且要有良好的德语背景知识，当时我就觉得他老人家不要我了，现在不敢抱太大的希望阿

lz申请哪里呀，我和你很相似，我也是德国教授发了一个很相似的email，也让我申请DAAD，可是我查了DAAD的网页，今年申请的时间已经过了，明年的申请还没有开始。而且申请还需要德国大学的确认信和project，我现在也没有办法，只能发信再问问。lz准备怎么办？

我不知道要确认信的事，有许多表要填，可能我还没看到。但peoject教授跟我说了。我的这个奖学金是有关环境工程的，还有2个多月的时间截止。所以我现在的当务之急是把表都填好。
