我12月10 号给ETS寄的托福成绩(航空平信  汇票),现在已经快到2月了，可大学还没收到,我给ETS写信也没回!我该怎么办啊?着急的很!DEADLINE是3月1号

告诉你，ETS是个办事效率极低的组织，你应该马上打电话去催他们。别无他法，曾经别人申请北美的时候也有被他们耽误的

Dear student applicant,

Thank your for your interest in studying in Germany!
We have registered you now under the application number 1030151/3. Please use this number for any payment as well as letter or e-mail to assist as 剆ubject?line, so that we can allocate your mail or payment to your application.
Unfortunately we did not find a principal application form for admission to a German university among your documents handed in. Please do provide us with this document, which you can find at the university of your choice or under www.daad.de, as soon as possible. It may also be, that we could not connect your documents with your application form already handed in, maybe because the spelling was different. If this is the case, please send us an e-mail to service@uni-assist.de immediately and give us your assist application-number.

With your application we assume that you chose one (or more than one) university which is requiring its international student applicants to have their applications pre-checked by assist. Due to the assist pre-check, which costs between 10 EUR and 50 EUR for each application, applicants will have the opportunity to apply for several universities with one set of documents only. At assist all documents will be pre-checked to make sure they are complete and fulfill all necessary formal requirements before they are forwarded to the universities applied to. You can find everything you need to know about the assist procedure, the participating universities and the charges involved at www.uni-assist.de.

As of today we have registered payment of  0 EUR from your side. Please now do make sure that these funds are sufficient for processing the total number of applications handed in. For your information: assist charges EUR 50 (EU Nationals 25 EUR, Chinese Nationals with APS pre-check 20 EUR) for examining an application to an assist university. Applicants (all nationalities) wishing to apply to more than one assist university will be charged an additional 10 EUR for any further application. Please appreciate that we will pre-check only as many applications at assist as payment has been registered.Please transfer further payments into the following account of assist:

我把汇票(中国银行),和大学申请表还有相应申请材料一起寄给了ASSIST,可他们确说没有收到钱也没有申请表!!!
很奇怪.是不是一定的寄到上面提到的那个柏林银行呢?难道我还的重新汇款吗?
请求大家帮帮我看怎么办啊?
