any on-line chinese keyboard?

Sorry, is there any online keyboard which can input Chinese?

From this computer of the uni, I can only see Chinese, and I can't input Chinese, and cannot install any program here.

Do anyone have the resolution of typing Chinese here?

中文google可以输入拼音,得到汉字
