Dear applicant, students from China are very welcome at the University of Siegen.
However, beginning with the summer term of 2002, application procedures for applicants from the People's Republic of China have been changed.

The University of Siegen can accept applications for admission from applicants in the People's Republic of China only if the complete application dossier (including diplomas / certificates) is accompanied by the original certificate of the Academic Clearing Office (APS) of the Department of Culture of the German Embassy in Beijing. The original certificate may be replaced by a copy certified by the German Embassy, but copies certified by any other office will not be accepted!

Moreover, Siegen University will not accept applications submitted by third parties / agencies. This means that you yourself will have to complete and sign your own application and will have to indicate your own address on the form.

这个信说的是关于APS证书吧，他说要APS证书原件，至于原件的副本可以让德国大使馆出具（a copy certified by the German Embassy），而其他机构的证明是无效的。
下面的是说要亲自申请不能由中介代为转交吧？

PS：楼上的，公证件当然要了，就是你的学历证明的公证件。

我也申请了Siegen，学校已经给我确切消息，5月末6月初给我发Zu；估计大家的都应该这个时间；但是我不一定去那个学校，我在等其他的！
