can i go to other Europa countries?

i have a language course in germany, i want to know,if i can go to any other countries of Europa with my germany language visa, such as French, Holland, Italy and so on. If someone know it..pls tell me.danke.

申根十五国为：比利时、法国、德国、意大利、卢森堡、荷兰、葡萄牙、西班牙、奥地利、希腊、丹麦、芬兰、冰岛、挪威、瑞典。

你现在在国内拿到的叫做Visum，只能有效3个月，不能出德国。入境后会更换为长期的（一般1年或者2年）的居留许可（Aufenthalsbewilligung），这个才是真正的德国长期签证。这样就可以出德国旅游了。这个是法律规定。

申根国家之间跑来跑去根本没人管。就算是三个月的德国签证也无所谓了。

不是的，这种3个月的绿色签证是不行的。上次有朋友去法国，警察说不行，但是还是放行了。不过是自己开车去。坐飞机估计出关都出不了。

什么叫做你的visa already delayed? 难道你在国内就可以获得1年的签证？这个应该是不可能的事情。大使馆只能签发最长3个月的签证。

first, u need to call the foreigner office in ur city, and make a appointment. different city is different.some of them need to make a apointment a month ago, some of them just need two weeks ago..which city are u in germany?
