我的翻译不对会影响审核吗？

我的高中毕业证是我自己翻译的，有好多地方不是很肯定就想当然的给翻出来了。现已公正好了，准备寄出去。但担心自己的翻译不够标准影响今后的审核。还有我的高中会考成绩有一门不是很理想会不会有影响？
