上海签证处长期签证+预约没有名额？怎么办

在搞清楚状况后，在周三周四的早上6点，准时等在电脑旁，抢上海的长期签证预约，但是，结果显示一致如上，这到底是怎么回事？求助大神们。淘宝也说抢不到。不知道大家是不是也是这种情况
