【求助】请问一下这样的大学联系信可以用于递签吗

According to the APS you are entitled to study Management&Economics at the RUB.



From beginning of June to 15  July for the winter term and beginning of December to 15th of January for
summer term you have to apply online at http://international.rub.de/bewerbung/verfahren/index.html.en .

After you have completed your online- application, you will receive an Email with a confirmation paper. Please print this paper and send it –together with your testimonies and certificates-  to the admission Office.
