求助猫哥及各位前辈，关于家庭团聚和随迁子女签的自保金

本人CSC访问学者，赴德国柏林，1300 欧一个月的奖学金，想和老婆和小孩一起过去，不知道自保金交多少？前天亲自去上海德意志银行询问，说我这样的情况他们不清楚，让我去问德国大使馆。后来我就写emai去问德国大使馆，也没有明确说（见下面的emai内容）。请问猫哥及各位前辈该如何处理啊？
