我准备语言+留学签，材料准备的时候遇到2个问题，望大神指教：
1、德语的800学时证明可以用复印件吗？
2、听说大学申请材料确认邮件可以当联系信，下面的这封邮件可以吗
Dear Mr. Dong,
I want to inform you that we have received your application documents
for the master study in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

The deadline for application to the master course 2014/15 at the
Technical University of Kaiserslautern ends at April 30, 2014. Therefore
the selection and admission procedure has not taken place. You can
expect a message from us not before end of May 2014. If we have taken
our decisions we will immediately inform you. The master course begins
at 1st August 2014.

You have filled out the wrong Application Form. Therefore I send you as
attachment the correct one. Please fill out this paper and send it back
to us.
