求助猫哥！这样的大学联系信签证能用吗？

尊敬的猫哥，小女子最近在申请语言加留学签证，
收到一封大学联系信的回复，不知道这样的话签证能不能拿到？
所以请猫哥帮我看看，
Dear Sunny,

According to your BSc degree you are qualified to apply for Master degree studies of Landscape Ecology. However, I cannot tell you what your chances are of being accepted. That also depends on how many applications there are, as there are only a limited no. that will be accepted and that also depends on the grade average.

If you apply for the Master's degree and you do not have the required German language proficiency (DSH) before enrolment, you will automatically be accepted at the language centre of the University of Muenster, please see the link below.

At the same time you will already be considered a registered student of landscape ecology, but you will have the time to become proficient in German before embarking on your Master studies. There are DSH prepatory courses held each semester, which you could apply for if you have at least the B1 - level certification. Application dates for the wintersemester course have not been set yet, they will probably be around the time of applying for the Master's degree studies, but I would suggest you check the website regularly.

Please note that you must also show proof of health insurance in Germany before being registered as a student. Your living allowance, either scholarship or personal (currently a minimum amount of 657 Euros per month) has to be available for the duration of your stay before receiving a student's resident permit from the local foreign authorities, where you have to register upon your arrival in Germany.

给我回复的邮件里也写到 “ It is certainly possible to apply to the M.A.-program with a B.A. in
XXXX. However, I cannot say how big your chances are of
getting admitted to the program.”      我担心这个信息可能作为大学联系信不好，但是猫哥说没问题。

我还没到递签的时候，现在正在慢慢的弄大学联系信，大概四月末递签吧！
