四不像的专业是不是可以和德国说再见了？

楼主先报一下情况：
今年大四毕业，aps已过，德语A2在学，均分85， 本来打算学完B1后去德国学后面的，然后申请明年冬季学期

说起来本来这两天要打语言班的钱，因为不是小数目，而且一直以来觉得我专业奇葩（后面详述），就想问问符不符合申请条件。

于是就发邮件问了一下我最心仪的曼海姆大学的小米，关于我的专业是否能申请。小米很热心，但是回信让我很寒心。

我的专业全称是English（international communication），课程涵盖很多基础的英语听说读写（但是没什么英国文学文化类的课），然后若干传播广告营销类的课程，但是没有经济和高数！所以四不像！我问了小米三个专业，分别是传播和媒体，文学和传播，语言和传播。前两个专业是明确不能申请的，因为一个说我传播类课不够，一个说我英语文学类学分不够，最后一个是或许可以申请。

然后我很担心，我这么去德国会不会风险太大？毕竟德语难学，最主要是我觉得我申请学校很玄。

还有就是想请问各位，德国的授课内容是不是特别学术和死板？我觉得我是一个比较不学术的人，实操性强一点，实践多一些的对我来说比较合适。但是因为读完就回国，所以FH不考虑。

我想听听大家的意见，本身是因为很喜欢球，所以想去德国，希望以后从事体育营销这一块的工作。但是这封邮件让我有些害怕了。父母说要不去美国吧，但是我觉得有点贵了。。。哎。。

死板的国家+坑爹的本科课程设置+难学的德语+超长的毕业时间+NC专业=我现在很纠结

1.Thank you for your interest in our study programme. I am very sorry to inform you that it is not possible to hand in your DAF result after the application deadline. Furthermore, you do not seem to have enough credits in English literature: counting generiously, you have a maximum of about 25 credits, but for an admission you need at least two modules in English literature (really literature, no language courses, no writing, no phonetics etc.), which sum up to at least 38 credits


2.as far as I understand you study English as a philology, so an application for our Master Language and Communication may indeed be possible, but as we have never had before an applicant from your university, your admission will still depend on the decision of the admission council (just for your understanding: we do have admission requirements in two steps: the first step is the formal criteria which may be fullfilled by your study programme, but the second step is the decision of the admission council where a board of professors checks every application very thoroughly - so the more information you can provide about the contents of your courses in your application, the better it will be for you). So the answer is here: Maybe an application can be successful.

As for Master Media and Communication I'm afraid you do not have enough courses related to empirical analysis of media- and communication studies.
