猫哥求助~收到邀请信了，还能申布伦么？？

如题。之前咨询免签证zu截止日期时，布伦外办回我的邮件是说：

“if you get the Visum with the admission of another university please leave a note in this regard on your application material.
In this case you can apply until July 15th。”

现在我手头拿到TUB Propädeutikum 的考试邀请了，虽然日期很早是6月29的，请问这个邀请算是Visum with the admission么？？？

是的话我就可以投布伦了~~~
