关于预录取

Siegen大学给我发了一封e-mail,主题：pre-admission,
内容如下：
Dear XXXX,
We are pleased to inform you that the admission committee has preselected you for admission to the Master Program in Economic Policy at the University of Siegen for the winter semester 2012.
Kindly let us know as soon as possible if you will accept this admission. In case we do not hear from you by June 17th, 2012 we assume that you will not take up your studies here at our university.
Please note that this admission is based on the pre-selection of the admission committee. Any legal claim to admission does not derive from this notification. Once you have mailed us your positive response the International Office of our university will confirm your admission by post after a final evaluation.
In order to ensure that the admission letter will reach you without delay, we ask you to give full and precise details of your mailing address in your email confirming your acceptance of the admission. Please note that your correct mailing address is absolutely essential since the admission letter is an official document which will only be sent once.

我也收到类似的邮件，评审委员会同意了，但是需要国际学生管理处再审核，然于是再审核了一个月还没结果，德国人效率真心慢，和天朝有的一拼

目前还没有结果吗？校方给你的限定答复时间是什么时候？你什么时候给校方答复你决定接受录取的？
