曼海姆MMM交流成绩单怎么公证啊！

RT  有没有申请曼海姆MMM的同学啊~~~今天收到邮件说我的交流成绩单要交原件或者公证件，可是我问了学校德研所他们说德国的成绩单不需要公证的~~啊现在怎么整啊！！信里面这么说的

可是公证处说只公证国内的证书什么的啊~~说这是德国的他们不公正

那去德领馆，那也可以公正
