克劳斯塔尔工大的申请材料列表之疑问

下面是克劳斯塔尔工大的申请材料列表
"Checklist Admission
Following documents are required:
  1.Completed application form
  2.An officially certified copy of your certificate of secondary education, including a list of your grades,
as well as an officially certified copy of a translation into German, English or French if the original is
not in one of these languages
  3.An officially certified copy of certificates for any university examinations passed, with subjects and
grades, as well as an officially certified copy of a translation into German, English or French if the
original is not in one of these languages
  4.Proof of German language skills (or registration for a German language course at TU Clausthal)
  5. 1 passport photo
  6.Proof that processing fee had been paid

Für folgende Bewerbergruppen gelten Sonderregelungen:
  Applicants from Cameroon require  an original certification from the German Embassy and
additionally the „Zertifikat Deutsch“ (ZD)
  Applicants from Marocco can only apply with the "Zertifikat Deutsch" (ZD
  Applicants from China, Vietnam and Mongolia must present the certificate from the Academic
Evaluation Centre: "Zertifikat der Akademischen Prüfstelle" (APS)."

其中第二、三点我不是很明白，第二点里的officially certified是指公证高中毕业证的复印件吗？它说的a list of your grades是指会考成绩吗？还有第三点，指的是大学录取通知书和高考成绩吗？
不是太懂，请大家帮帮忙~谢谢~~

第二项是含有会考成绩的高中毕业证的翻译公证件，要是不在一起，你就分别翻译公证好了
第三项是高考成绩翻译公证件，一般就是所谓的高考录取花名册，上面有每一科成绩的

我看的德语的清单，外办给我回复是，第二项是高中毕业证，高考成绩，第三项是大学里的成绩。
