关于国际课程预录取pre-admission的问题

上周五我收到大学的一封预录取的信件，原话是：
We are pleased to inform you that the admission committee has preselected you for admission to the Master Program  at the University of Siegen for the summer semester 2012.

Kindly let us know as soon as possible if you will accept this admission. In case we do not hear from you by January 31st, 2012 we assume that you will not take up your studies here at our university.

Please note that this admission is based on the pre-selection of the admission committee. Any legal claim to admission does not derive from this notification. Once you have mailed us your positive response the International Office of our university will confirm your admission by post after a final evaluation.

我已经回复了确认，并且说明我要接受这个录取，可现在也没个邮件或信件之类的通知。心里没有正式的zu还是很不踏实。想问问大家有没有也是收到这样pre-admission的邮件的？这是不是说明我只要回复了positive的确认，就肯定能得到zu了？

内心焦虑挠墙ing。。。。。

我好羡慕，我也申请了SIEGEN，但是还没消息。。。。。。。。。。。
前几天还发邮件问他们外办，他们让我等。。。告诉我1/15两周左右可能才出结果，结果LZ这么早就收到了。
LZ是不是申请的ECONOMIC POLICY？？？

我在论坛里看见一个11月申请，12月就拿着zu的牛人。。可惜给人家留言一直到现在都没回复啊。。我都不敢去外办问了，外办的女巫说话太狠了。希望咱们最后收到的都是好消息！！共勉~~

今年夏季的，冬季课程还没开始申请吧。别的学校我都申请的是德语课程，别说预录取了，什么消息都没有，石沉大海。。。
