申请美茵茨的国际课程，里面有这么一段
Courses of Study conducted in a language other than German

If your course of study allows you to study and complete your exams in a language other than German, you may apply for an Befreiungsbescheinigung (exemption from the DSH) at the Fremdsprachenzentrum (Foreign Language Center).

You will receive the application form for the Befreiungsbescheinigung with the letter of admission from JGU Mainz.

是说还要让学校单独把这个FORM寄过来吗？
