柏林7月底有房出租

本人7月24号到达柏林，在柏林自由大学临床药理与毒理研究所，现那边的教授给我找了个房子，该房子很大，有24平方米，里面设备很齐全，房东是位中学的心理女教师，为人很好。月租共300欧/月，现欲找一人合租。本人男，来自上海，要求未来室友人品一定要好，粗鲁人士免谈。另：本人可完全一人负责做饭。欲合租者请从速与我联系：zhongeh@hotmail.com; zhongeh@yahoo.com.cn.  以下是教授来信：
Dear Mr. Zhong,
we are curently trying to find accommodation for you here in Berlin. Mrs. Bosch, the landlady where Weihua Li stayed while she was here, offered a room in her flat. It is quite near to the institute, one furnished room approximately 24 square meters in size, kitchen and bathroom have to be shared with Mrs. Bosch. The rent is 300 Euro per month. Please contact Weihua, she can give you a good impression about the living conditions there and let me know if that suits you. Thank you.
