TUM的申请我过了Stufe 1，他们发邮件通知我9月19号面试，但是没有正式确定录取。
然后我问时间能不能提前点，进行电面或者网面，人家回信说面试是必须在德国，也要考察下德语水平，不能通过电面或者Skype之类的。
然后我现在就很纠结啊，这种情况应该走哪种签证呢？目前没有给我任何纸质材料，只是有邮件。邮件里还说，之所以让我晚些来面，是因为如果我被录取就省下了回国的费用云云，还说到了Stufe 2也就是面试，得到zu的机会很大，取决于我的德语水平。我把邮件也贴在下面，求猫哥指点一下，Dank im voraus!
Dear Mr. ,
the interview and hence the direct contact between applicant and
interviewer is an important part of the procedure for application,
especially for the master courses. The interview is also indispensable
for checking the level in German language of the applicant. Almost no
(if at all) lectures are given in English and sufficient knowlegde in
German is a very decisive concern and we know from the past, that the
success of foreign students are highly compromised by the lack of German
language.
Consequently the interview can not be managed via internet, skype etc.
Usually the dates of this interview are scheduled for middle of
September or even later. The background is, that the there is sufficient
times for candidates to solve visa problems. Additionally we assume it
might be advantageous if dates are scheduled more closely to the start
of the semester, applicants may save costs if they do not need to return
and instead can continue to comply with all local formalities prior to
the start of studies. Of course, if they get an admission.
In exceprional cases interviews may be dated on end of september or even
the first week of october.
If you are in the level 2 of the application, that means the interview,
chances for admission are generally high, depending on knowlegde in
German language.
