急求助：“访问学者”签证还是“赴德工作”签证？？？

本人中科院博士今年刚毕业，联系了德国的博士后，教授给的是E13工资型博后位置，请教：
（1）准备签证，要签“访问学者”签证，还是“赴德工作”签证？？这两种签证有什么区别？另外，“访问学者”签证允许在德国工作吗？
（2）中科院的博士学位证是中英文双份的（英文版有院长签名），这个还需要公证吗？？

1，学者签证，工作签证需要提前办好工作许可，学者签证不需要提前提供工作许可

（1）“工作许可”是学校开具的？还是德国政府部门？？
（2）“工作许可”指工作合同吗？？
（3）德国秘书的回信是：“When you ask for visa please indicate that it implies that you are allowed to work here in ＸＸＸ. The german item shoud be "zur Arbeitsaufnahme". I have spoken to our personal administration and asked about the visa. They told me, that it should be "zur Arbeitsaufnahme", that means that you are allowed to work in Germany. A visa for visiting academics is not sufficient!!!”----这是不是说，我一定要签“赴德工作”签证？？：（

1，德国劳工局
2，不是工作合同
3，你办学者签证，以工资的形式发放资助而已，没什么特别的
