Exchangeability and technical measurement
firstly , let me correct a small mistake ,this course isn`t called exchangeability ,it is about economic .its named interchangeability, it is about machinery .it mean that ,there is a group of same parts ,we can use each of them without repair or select. and the technical measurement is about measuring unit and symbol ,how to describe the precision on the drawing and the size marking.
For example , Over surplus cooperate (interference fit)过盈配合 transitional cooperate ( transitional fit )过渡配合 Clearance cooperate(clearance fit)间隙配合。I use some picture to explain these . fixed fit 固定配合 relative motion 相对运动

Automatic control technology allows us to greatly improve the control efficiency.
we learned the open-loop control system. This control method is simple, but very defective. If the system has interference, it will affect the output. (画一个图 control elements--- controlled object)
then we learned the closed-loop control system.. A closed—loop system, the input of the controlled object is dependent on the actual output. Since the output is fed back, and then subtracted from the input. For example, constant speed driving a car, 80km/h ,when we drive up the hill, the speed slow down, then the tachometer feed the speed back, then gas up. (feedback element)
routh stability criterion
it is a method for determining continuous system stability, for systems with an nth- order characteristic equation of the form. 公式见书,再举个例子

Hydromechanics
This course is elective course ,so my teacher only introduce some simple basic definitions. For example, compressibility(压缩性), the fluid have compressibility ,because between molecules 分子has spacing, we increase pressure ,the volume of fluid will be reduced. 压缩率β单位1/Pa
Expansibility(膨胀性),we increase the temperature of fluid, the volume of fluid will be increased.膨胀率β_t单位1/℃

Hydraulic steering
This course introduce Hydraulic Transmission and Control. it is a transmission form, it transport and control energy by liquid as medium.
control components—control or adjust the liquid pressure, flow quantity and flow direction, such as flow control valve 流量控制阀, overflow valve 溢流阀(keep constant pressure)direction reverse valve 换向阀(change liquid flow direction)
hydraulic pump液压泵its working theory is that, change the seal volume to produce pressure.
ABS(anti-lock breaking system)when you are breaking, the hydraulic pump output power to wheel ,the power just is pressure ,when the pressure increase too high to lock wheel, the overflow valve unload the pressure to unlock wheel. so the wheel will can`t be locked. maybe my explanation is not accurate ,but this is the basic theory.
Machinery design
introduce the basic knowledge about the design of every part of a machine。From the course we should know what kind of requirement we should fulfill. for example ,we should fulfill the strength(强度) rigidity(刚度)。Nowadays, the most parts are already standardized, for reduce cost and increase the interchangeability. So, this course teach us how to design the parts that are standardized.
For example, bolts ,its every size are standardized, its length width height, but the important design is the radius , because the radius decide the strength .so , if we want to design the radius of bolts ,we mast first know the load that it hold up and the material of bolts. Second we work out the real radius of bolts. Then, we find the standard radius through the machinery book.

Machinery manufacturing
This course introduce some machine tools and cutting theory. we mainly learn basic theory of cutter, for example , the cutter`s geometric size. What is working cutting edge, tool face 刀面rake face 前刀面 nose of tool 刀尖 rake angle 前角clearance angle 后角。
The manufacturing theory introduce the processing of parts ,for example ,the operation , we should first process where they are easily processing?
The other benchmark 基准if we want to ensure precision of this size, we should make this position as benchmark.

Technical measurement
This course mainly introduce that the application of signal at machinery. You know every object have frequency, the machine have frequency too. The technical measurement just use this character to check the machine. For example , there is a machine, we knock it, it will shake, we can use the sensor to collect the vibration frequency. It is the machine’s natural frequency. One day if the vibration frequency of this machine have changed, we can know ,it maybe have some problem.
Of course ,it also can let me learn the machine, In witch frequency the machine can work best.
