今天刷出来达姆iCE的zu，原文如下，文中提到“Please note that this is only a recommendation.The final decision is taken by the Foreign Students Office.”是不是不出意外就没啥问题啦？

本人3.3航空平信材料寄出。所有材料都是学校出具的，包括高中毕业证书翻译，高考成绩，在读证明，成绩单。雅思问过小米，有了aps就不用交原件，复印件即可。aps也是用的这些过来的。恩，我就是这么0公证过来的。。。以上仅供参考。

达姆只是APS过后用来保底的，所以平信寄出，到不到也随缘了。结果是第一个来的。

anyway，达姆的ice貌似是没有名额限制的，符合条件即录取，这段信息我以前在iCE网页上的Q&A上看到过，不想再去考证了。不要说我占着位子不拉X啦~~~~

背景：大四在读，985/211,GPA85,IELTS 7.0

I am glad to inform you that your application was analyzed by the Selection Committee of the International Master Program in Information and Communication Engineering (iCE), and that you are recommended for enrollment in the TU Darmstadt.Please note that this is only a recommendation.The final decision is taken by the Foreign Students Office.

You should receive a formal Acceptance Letter from our Foreign Students Office within the next weeks.

If you have further questions about the enrollment process, you may get more information about this process directly with me (email or telephone), on the iCE website or in the web page of the Foreign Students Office

12道选择题，一道矩阵，两三道电路，四五道通信，两题计算机编程，难度一半基础题，就通信原理那几道要动动笔计算一下。。。
