请教本科生到德国念博士

我是同济大学大二的学生，因为学金融，上学期到德国曼海姆大学交流学习了一学期，感觉挺不错想以后继续去念书。听说可以本科毕业直接到德国念博士，比较想学市场营销。因此我问了德国上市场营销的老师和international office of mannheim univeristy的老师，都说是可行的，他们的回复如下：
（1）市场营销的老师：of course it is possible to do a Ph.D. in Mannheim. There are two opportunities - at the Department as an assistant or in the gradutate school. I think for you as a foreigner, the graduate school would fit since the assistant activities very much need some fundamental language skills in German.
（2）国际办的老师：Generally you have to have a Master degree (or equivalent) in order to qualify for a doctoral degree/PhD. In very exceptional cases, a 4-year Bachelor degree might also be accepted. However, those cases are very rare.
You need to distinguish between two different ways to your PhD: By studying in our Graduate School or by doing research and teaching directly at a chair.

所以想请问各位，本科毕业到德国念博士是可行的吧？？？需要如何准备呢？？？对于德语会有怎样的要求呢？？？
另外，市场营销和企业管理我都很喜欢，也很想认真地研究下去，不知道各位哥哥姐姐推荐哪一个呢？？

国际办的老师讲的很清楚了，可行是可行的，但是这种情况很少。
如果要念PHD起码要有点科研功底和研究方向吧？LZ本科毕业要直接念博士的信心我表示很崇拜。
