接到university of saarland 计算机的一个offer。有点疑问。

据我判断，是个offer。先是1年的试用期，通过考试后转正。一共三年PHD。给我offer的人说是1月3号回来同我再谈，但是都过去了一个星期，我发了四封邮件，至今都没有回音。。因为现在就这么一个offer，所以比较着急。请诸位大大帮忙鉴定下这个大学和这个项目的合理性，还有我该怎么催他。。另外，这个offer不会因为什么原因黄掉吧～多谢各位！

给我的offer如下:

It is my pleasure to be able to inform you that you have been accepted
into the preparatory phase of our PhD program beginning with the
Summer Semester 2011. We will be offering you a scholarship of
800 Euros monthly for 12 months to round off your academic
background and find a research topic and advisor with funding for
your thesis. We expect that you will need two semesters of courses
(about 60 credits). The preparatory phase may be extended to a
total of 18 months, if necessary.

If you intend to accept our offer, please contact me early in the New Year
so we can discuss details of our offer and your particular situation. An
official offer will then follow at short notice, so that you may take the
necessary steps for obtaining a visa, etc.

We would be very pleased if you should choose to come to Saarland
University to pursue your doctoral studies.

Saarland的计算机实力听说还可以 lz再耐心等等吧 不过最好再多申几个学校 另外这一年不是试用期啊 就要你上课的 一年60个学分呢

同学你好啊,我也是在萨大的网站上看到了一个"An integrated program from BSc or MSc to PhD "的项目,这个项目是本科就可以直接申请的吗?而且它上面好像说完成第一阶段的 preparatory phase 后可以转读硕士学位(这一阶段已经得到了60个学分),那这样的话在读preparatory phase 的时候还有奖学金吗? 另外我想问下LZ是硕士吗? 能参考下背景吗? 这个项目是先读完preparatory phase 后再自己选一个感兴趣的组读PHD是吗?谢谢啦!
