我今年去柏林自由大学读博，学校给安排了住宿，245欧，400欧押金，最后扣30欧，不知道贵不贵啊？还有就是这30欧是每月扣吗？还是只扣一次？邮件内容如下：
1) Accommodation
Your accommodation has already been booked by us, you will all stay at the dormitory Studentendorf Schlachtensee, http://www.studentendorf-berlin.com/.
Your room is reserved for one semester, from 1st September 2010 till 31st of March 2011, with option to extend. Since some of you will arrive a few days earlier, it won't be a problem to move in at the date of arrival. Your room is furnished and has free W-LAN, for detailed information please check the website. The monthly rental of your room is 245,- Euro and the deposit is 400,- Euro once, which will be paid back to when you leave, less 30,- Euro charges. Our pick-up service at the airport will bring you to your accommodation directly and help you to check-in.
Please make sure to pay the deposit and your first room rent cash when you arrive at the dormitory! |
