谁能帮帮我，大学成绩单GPA问题

已经提交了公证并翻译的成绩单，结果校方反馈说“：Unfortunately I could not see
your GPA on your transcript. Furthermore, there was no explanation of
grades on the transcript. Please let us have an official explanation of
the grades from your university as well as the GPA. You can scan it and
send it by post afterwards.

我该怎么办啊，学校的成绩单上就是没有GPA只有分数的啊，而且怎么解释啊。解释完了是否还要公正啊，什么事儿啊~~~都快急哭了
