关于post selection问

在申请学校截止日期后，收到来信部分如下：
In order to enable you to take part in a post-selection procedure, we would like to offer you the following option: If you graduate within the next two months after the application deadline, we would suggest that you send us your complete documents not later than 10th July 2009. Please note that neither  incomplete application documents nor documents reaching us after 10th July 2009 will be considered.  Please submit your documents together with the printout of the attached submission form which we ask you to review carefully, make any corrections, if necessary, and sign it on page 3.

因为没有拿到aps所以在等拿到后再寄，是不是代表我把文件发过去后就可以收到ad了，求达人解答，谢谢。

如果在截止日期后两个月内毕业,请将材料6.10前寄到.注意晚于这个日期或者材料不全将不被考虑.

后面是说寄送材料要求的.

有个笔误，是7月10日。另外，好像只说是可以考虑，并没有承诺给zu，仅供参考。

材料全才有申请的资格  没有说一定给不给offer这一说
