求助：德国大学教授给我回信中的疑问

以下是我从他的回信中复制过来的：

Application period for the winter term will be May 2 till June 15.Do not apply earlier!
You have to apply online (probably https://www.primuss.de/cgi/Bewerbung/Antrag.pl?FH=fhin).
After filling the forms you have to print out a summary.
Then, send the summary together with the following documents to the university till June 15:
- certification of secondary school
- certification of university
- transcript of records/mark sheets
- certification of English knowledge(TOEFL, IELTS or certification that university educationhas been in English).
- CV and statement.

请问各位大侠
1：那个summary 指的是把那个application form打出来吗？
2：CV是个人简历吧，那statement又是什么呢？

谢谢！我再问下中学和大学的证书寄公证的翻译件（英语）就可以了吧？成绩单要原本还是公证件呢？

里面成绩单没要求公证件，不过我也准备了公证件。学校开具的密封件和公证件同等效力
