TUM学生宿舍340欧每月，房租算贵吗？

today we would like to offer you an appartement in a dormitory
of Studentenwerk.
You will have your own room with bathroom and kitchenette.
The rooms are in Olympiazenrum/Oberwiesenfeld or Studentenstadt/Freimann.
The rent will be app. 340 Euro per month and you will have
to give a deposit of 300 Euro which you will get back at the end.      
Please let me urgently know if you will accept this offer.
After August 8th Studentenwerk will give you more information
about the room and when and where on October 1st you will get
the contract and the key.
Please let me also know how long you will stay here.
You can get the room for 2 Semsters, this means from 1.10.2008 - 30.9.2009.
