【求助】急问关于申请杜伊斯堡

在申请杜伊斯堡的网站上有这么一段话

5. send it along with the copies of the original documents (certificates, language certificates, proof of university education, etc.) to the International Office, University of Duisburg-Essen, 47048 Duisburg resp. 45141 Essen, Germany, by surface mail.
! Only this will complete your application and allows us to process it !

因为杜伊斯堡可以网上申请，所以在网上填了一次申请表，但是他还有个pdf申请表，所以第3条它所指的打印出来，是指打印网页的申请表还是打印pdf的那个，有已经申请过的朋友给指点一下。

但就是不知道他是要求把网页式的申请表打印出来，还是把下载的pdf申请表打印出来
