I am happy to inform you that the admissions committee has
conditionally endorsed your application for admission to the degree
programme Master of Arts: ＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊. An
authenticated TOEFL score will be necessary for validation of the
endorsement. Your dossier has been forwarded to the International
Office. In due course you will receive instructions about the
official admission process and documents from central administration.
Please make sure to return the completed forms to the office
indicated there without any delay, preferably by express mail.

是，你的材料是通过了学校的，但是，你必须要美国考试中心把你的TOFEL成绩发给录取你的大学，或你把你的托福成绩单做一下公证，寄给学校。他们只有收到正式的TOFEL 考试成绩单才会给你发通知书。学校会在近期将录取程序等相关文件寄给你，你还要在规定的时间内填好表格，确认你接受学习位置，然后把表格在学校规定的时间内寄回，学校建议你最好用特快转递寄。
恭喜LZ。 赶快把TOFEL成绩的原件或公证件发给学校然后开始准备签证吧。
