感谢abcdv里各位前辈丰富的审核资料,让我在准备审核的过程中更有目的,更有信心。这里药学资料不是太多,我来稍微补充一点。
我审核时拿到两张卷子,一张是讲Aspirin的,要求写出结构式和合成反应,治疗的疾病及机理以及主要的副作用。一张是讲抗生素的,要求写出怎么制得和抗菌机理。
下面是一点相关资料:
1.Aspirin:
Kolbe first prepared aspirin in 1859,and Schmitt improved the synthesis in 1885 to make it industralized.So the synthesis is called Kolbe-Schmitt Synthesis.
Acetylsalicylic acid was registered by Baeyer as Aspirin in1899.And now it's still the most commen agent to treat fevers,pains,and inflammatory.
Principal effect:
(1)Anti-inflammatory effect
(2)Analgesic effect
(3)Antiplatelet effect
(4)Antipyesis
(5)Large doses will cause hypoprothrombinaemia
Uses:
Aspirin relieves mild to moderate pain just like headache,osteoarthritis,myalgia and bony metastases.
Aspirin can be antithrombotics when the dosage is large.
Adverse reactions:
(1)Gastrointestinal effect
(2)Salicylism
(3)Allergy
(4)Reye's syndrome
The mechanism of anti-inflammatory
Aspirin can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandin which is a inflammatory factor.
The mechansim of antithrombotics
Aspirin inhibits the synthesis of thromboxan A2.
2.Antibiotics
Beta-lactams
Mode of action is by inhibiting the enzymes that are involved in the formation of the peptidoglycan layer of the cell wall which protects the bacterium from its enviroment.
Tetracyclines
Mode of action: Tetracyclines interfere with protein synthesis by binding to bacteria ribosomes.
德国人对他们的aspirin是喜爱有加,基本上只要是药学的都把它搬出来,因此在准备时要把aspirin的方方面面都看一下。我这次没被问到笔试内容,专业的东西也问得不多,但希望各位在准备时还是尽量专业点,听说以前有人审的时候就是从拜耳拉了一个人来当主审的,而且我觉得碰到了专业点的也好,不会问一些不着边际的问题,让你无从回答。我这些资料有些是原版书上摘下来的,有些是自己翻译的,如有错误还请大家指教。 |
