[求助] 关于小学毕业证书与审核部回复

大家好，我想用九年义务教育证书代替小学毕业证书，于是向审核部询问了一下，他的回复如下：
Dear Sir, Dear Madam,

We only need a confirmation of the length of primary and middle school. In case this is mentionedin your school-leaving certificate, it´s enough.

    I am a college student.I want to go to Germany next year.But now
I have a puzzle.That is,if you want to apply for the APS,you need to
send your certificate of elementary school (in chinese "小学毕业证书"），but I have lost my certificate of elementary school.Can I use my school-leaving certificate （in chinese"九年义务教育证书") instead of my certificate of elementary school.  
    It is very urgent,I need your help.
