Help How can i get back my money 7020?

I am in Germany now,but I' m not content with the Language Schlool here,so I want to return china.I stay here only for 2 weeks.I have open a Bank-count in China and i have transfered 7020 to Germany.I haven't Anmeldung(rigistration) yet. How can i get back my money und what should i do? Big thanks for your help. (please help me ,it is very emergency

It is better to consult for some information from the bank which the money is in now in Germany.

我去Deutsche Bank 问过的，可是Kasse的那个服务员态度太不好了，说他们不能负责这个事情。我不知道我该怎么办？我一个人在德国，周围没有一个人可以帮助我，我好难过。
