收到两个国际性课程的offer，该怎么选择呀

一个是法兰克福的master of law in finance 项目，一年，但是感觉这个项目是法兰克福大学下面的Institute for law and finance这个机构办的，独立于uni-frankfurt，不知道学位的权威性怎么样？有大侠申请过这个项目吗？

另外一个是康斯坦茨的国际经济学硕士，两年，康斯坦茨在德国的口碑不错，但是在国人眼中是不是法兰克福更好一点？

都不知道该怎么选择？

法兰的那个应该要交学费的吧, 15000euro一年, 如果楼主有经济条件的话, 那肯定很好

Institut 应该是院系的意思吧，不是独立于Uni的意思。一般大的系叫Institut，小点的叫Fachbereich。
在国人眼中没有区别，可能知道法兰克福的人多，但是仅仅是知道而已。
而且你的这两个专业差的比较远，无法比较啊。

frankfurt那个项目好像申请费也很高，当时就没有申请。 不过我觉得法兰克福是金融中心，欧洲央行都在那里，在那边读完可能对就业有点帮助吧。建议楼主还是去那里。

It seems, propably, hopeful to work in Germany if you graduate from SIMT. Their website is able to impress you by a strong connection with the industry, isn't? It is really a MBA style program focusing on the practice. Konstanz will more or less tend to be theorectical. I could honestly say that  both of them are good. How to choose it greatly depends on your own appetite---work directly after having degree or further educated. Do you agree with that?

By the way, SIMT has nothing to do with Uni of Frankfurt.

我申请的时候没有交什么申请费呀？不过个人也比较倾向于这个项目，实践性强一点，对以后的就业比较有利，但是现在欧洲的失业率这么高，想要毕业以后留下来似乎比较困难吧，只是一直对学位的事情耿耿于怀，也一直没有得到那边学校的确认

从他们学校的网页上了解到这个ILF学院是一个私立的项目，是独立于uni－frankfurt的的其他几个大系的，但似乎又是跟uni有着千丝万缕的联系，学位授予啊，学生身份呀，似乎又都是uni－frankfurt的，就是不确定，所以很困惑

我本科专业是学国际经济的，所以去法兰克福就意味着跨专业了

非常同意大侠的观点，现在正是在此犹豫呢……学术型？应用型？？不过学经济的吧，不搞经济理论，似乎应用型更重要一些？

那主要看楼主是怎么想的了. 法兰的这个读出来好象是L.L.M. 有些人读这种想从事律师, 但那不太可能. 它应该算一种职业教育.
在的国当律师的话要过STAATSEXAM, 在美国当的话先读J.D, 再过一年考核才能当律师. 所以L.L.M读出来一般只是对法律有所了解, 但要学得深刻一点的话, 还是去应该读 J.D

But ILF goes in the same way as SIMT located in Stuttgart. If you are well financed by yourself or by the program, better take ILF. If you want to a higher degree, better go to Konstanz. Actually, having a Phd is also  promising to have a job in European. Therefore, Konstanz is a good choice too.

我也看到过SIMT项目，只是没有具体了解，这个项目也是斯图加特大学开的一个项目吗？ILF项目很多是在职的人在读的，所以我想应用型更强一点吧，那如果这个项目和freiburg的国际性课程相比呢？是不是还是涉及到偏学术和偏实践应用的问题？您认为frankfurt的这个项目今后的就业乐观吗？仅仅是一个LL.M?

As I mentioned, SIMT makes its way in the same as ILF.  Both of them are tailor-made programs for those who gain a lot of working experieces and want to be promoted to a higer level. Of'coz, they will enroll some fresh blood, may like you, to be diversified. However, if you also worked 3 three years (2~5), and you are well financed, and you expect a good network in European, at least in Germany, ILF is certainly a good choice. Did you have the offer from Freiburg? I would like to say The Master Program in Finance (they have three,right), is pretty good. They have a good faculty and a huge of cooperation partners through the industry and academical institutes. We all care about the future job opportunities, I want to confirm you with sth but I know I cannt. Personally, I like the master program of two years. You need a tough thinking about it. This is a really individual case.

Clearly, I do not agree that you only have a LL.M degree from ILF if you take it.

拿到frankfurt的奖学金，也拿到freiburg三个方向的录取通知了，已经接受了frankfurt的项目，可是心里一直记挂着freiburg的金融，放弃也可惜，可是似乎选择都是残酷的，如果可以，真的希望两个都可以接受……

frankfurt的实习机会和freiburg的学术氛围一直是深深吸引我的，如果可以两者结合该有多好！

ps：我仅有一年的工作经历！

The Institute for Law and Finance - the Master of Laws in Finance (LL.M. Finance)是一个不错的项目，shenyy就不要过多顾虑了。

Frankfurt's Goethe University是一所经济学科比较普通的大学，原因是没有很牛的经济教授。不过金融倒是很强，外加欧洲金融中心的地位。更好的是该项目很短，才一年，早毕业早工作，呵呵。

你有一个很大的误解：The ILF is an integral part of a commitment of Frankfurt's Goethe University，这是它的网页上说的。而且在照片上它的建筑的旁边的牌子就说明了它是Frankfurt's Johann Wolfgang Goethe University的一部分。

还有一个消息，北大的Zhipan WU教授会在6月作一个CHINESE FINANCIAL LAWS AND THEIR SYSTEMATIC ENVIRONMENT的GUEST LECTURE。他可是the Director of the University's Financial Law Institute 和the University's Vice-President，呵呵，这也从侧面证明了。

多说一句，其实我本来也很想申请，只不过因为本科不是和申请要求很对口，外加我有更好的选择，所以只能错过这个项目了。

Frankfurt是德国最独特、精彩的城市，我个人认为，呵呵。它处于德国大学密度最高的地区，而且好大学也特别多。

偶已经很仔细的研究过ILF了，而且跟这个项目以前的学生也联系上了，他们对此评价都很高。再加上cooler的强心剂，我就更加坚定了……呵呵

呵呵，我已经在德国上学了

你来德国留学，争取一年毕业，不要打工，按时毕业。平时如果有空，可以去法兰克福博览会看看，每年年底都会有一个金融展，呵呵

我也是这么打算的，一年的学业这么紧张，况且都说德国拿学位还是不那么容易的，要有点真材实料的……

Haha. Decide where to go? I am glad to know. I also have a chance to work on a Ph.D in Frankfurt. At this moment, it seems not to attend that program. But who knows? There are still two weeks to sit before computer and check mail every 10 mins. Cooler is definitely right that they are terribly strong in Finance in both of areas: academcal contribution and pratical implementation. Good luck! Guys!
